Refund Policy

This policy applies to subscription payments made to Velbee for access to paid business plans. If you have questions, contact us at support@velbee.gr.

Subscription payments

Velbee offers subscription plans for businesses to access the platform's scheduling and booking features. Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we explicitly state otherwise. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until then.

Requesting a refund

Refund requests will be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. To request a refund review, contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@velbee.gr with your account email and a brief description of the issue.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

Customer payments (not covered here)

This policy covers only Velbee subscription fees. Velbee does not collect payments from end customers on behalf of businesses. Payments made by customers to businesses are governed by the individual business's own policies — please contact the business directly for those refunds.
