Where applicable under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Erasure ("Right to be forgotten"): Request deletion of your data when no longer needed.
  • Restriction: Request restriction of processing under certain conditions.
  • Data Portability: Receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

3. Data sharing and transfers

We use trusted service providers to host and monitor the platform, including Google Analytics for aggregate usage metrics.

Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where that occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

4. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal or accounting obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it securely.
